By accessing or using WP Smart ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

WP Smart provides a centralized dashboard for managing WordPress sites, including plugin/theme management, security scanning, SEO auditing, and remote backups. The Service requires the installation of the WP Smart Plugin on your WordPress sites for synchronization.

3. Account and Security

• RegistrationYou must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• SecurityYou are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and security tokens.
• AccessYou agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.

4. License and Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology used in the Service are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

• We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service.
• The WP Smart Plugin is provided under the GNU General Public License v2 or later.

5. User Obligations

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Store or transmit malware, viruses, or illegal content.

6. Site Backups and Storage

Site archives are stored securely on Cloudflare R2. Storage capacity and retention periods are defined by your selected plan. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of critical site data.

7. Payments

Payments are processed via Lemon Squeezy. You agree to the recurring fees associated with your chosen plan. You can cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. In no event shall WP Smart be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
